Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent required. Associates Degree preferred. Minimum two years experience in an IT support environment. MCTS, MCT, or A+ Certification Preferred.

Health Insurance

  1. Covered employees and dependants are covered at 100% for services provided at OKMH.

Dental Insurance

  1. Dependant coverage

  2. No deductible for preventive services including free cleanings two times per year.

Life Insurance

  1. $30,000 of coverage provided by OKMH at no cost to employees

Retirement Plan

Upon Employment

  1. Eligible employees contribute 6% of  their gross wages tax fee

  2. OKMH match 6%

  3. 100% vested after 10 years of employment

457B Plan (Retirement)

1st of the month following

  1. Eligible employees contribute 1%+ of their gross wages tax fee
  2. OKMH match up to 4%

Voluntary Life Insurance

  1. Voluntary life insurance coverage of up to five times annual salary available for employees

Vacation

Holiday

  1. 8 observed Holidays including your birthday

  2. Any employee who works a Holiday will be paid the regular rate for the hours worked plus the 8 hour Holiday

Sick Leave

  1. 40 hours at 6 months and at 1 year

  2. 80 hours at 2+ years.

Tuition Reimbursement

  1. Available to full time employees with twelve months of continuous employment

  1. $2500 Bonus paid for a critical position

Retention:

  1. $1250 Bonus paid every 2 years for a critical position
